Regina police have issued the first fine to someone who disobeyed a Saskatchewan government public health order of March 26th to self-isolate after testing positive for the coronavirus.
The 23 year old woman was caught yesterday for not adhering to the mandatory 14 day timeline.
She was fines $2800.
