**A 23 year old Regina woman who tested positive for COVID-19 has been fined $2800 for failing to comply with a public health order to self-isolate for 14 days.
It was March 26th the provincial government declared a state of emergency, including the self-isolation order for those who tested positive.
**Canada now has 17,063 cases of COVID-19 in Canada, with 345 deaths.
In her daily Ottawa briefing yesterday, chief public health officer Dr. Theresa Tam says of particular concern are the number of outbreaks in high-risk settings, including First Nation and Inuit communities.
**British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is breathing without a ventilator while he battles COVID-19.
The 55-year-old political leader is in intensive care in a British hospital, where he is said to be in good spirits.
