Justin Trudeau has again spoken about the mass shooting in Nova Scotia this past weekend that left at least 18 people dead.
At his daily COVID-19 update in Ottawa, the Prime Minister says such a tragedy should never have occurred.
A 23 year veteran member of the RCMP was among the dead, as was the gunman.
He says a virtual vigil will be held Friday evening to remember the victims.
