A 57-year-old man has been convicted of a charge under the Animal Protection Act, after twelve dogs were seized from his property near Endeavour.
But Mark Fischer was acquitted of two CriminaI Code offences in Yorkton Provincial Court today (Fri).
In June of 2017, Animal Protection Services searched his property and found there was inadequate food, puppies living in unsanitary conditions, and one dog was injured.
Sentencing has been adjourned until May 6th.
