A 20-year-old male from the Waywayseecappo First Nation is in stable condition after being stabbed multiple times, while he slept.

On April 16th, the male arrived at the Waywayseecappo First Nations police detachment with multiple stab wounds.

There he was treated by the clerk before being transported to hospital by EMS.

A 14-year-old, who can’t be named due to their age, has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, possession of a dangerous weapon, and failing to comply with an undertaking.
