*The Manitoba government will unveil a plan to start reopening the province today.

*In Canada, there are 50,026 cases, and 2,859 deaths as of Tuesday evening.

*Parliament will be asked for unanimous support for a $9 billion Liberal COVID-19 aid package for students.

*80 workers at 2 chicken processing plants in B.C have tested positive.

*In the U.S, deaths have topped 58,220, more than the lives lost in the Vietnam war.
