Jail Time Given to Punnichy-Area Man Charged with Weapon Offences

A Punnichy-area man charged with weapons offences in Regina, has been sentenced to jail time.
On November 13th, Regina Police executed a search warrant at a home on Ritchie Crescent, seizing a loaded, sawed-off 20-gauge shotgun, a sawed-off 12-gauge shotgun, shotgun and rifle ammunition, and a substance believed to be meth, along with brass knuckles found on a female suspect.
In Regina Provincial Court yesterday (TUES), 28-year-old Collin Pratt pled guilty to Possession of a Prohibited Firearm and Possession of a Firearm While Prohibited, and was sentenced to 844 days in jail, on top of the time he has already spent in custody.
