*17 new cases Wednesday in Saskatchewan, totaling 383. One new death, totaling 6. 291 people have recovered. 96 active cases.

*Saskatchewan premier Scott Moe has extended the provincial State of Emergency another 2 weeks, but it will not affect the phased-in reopening starting Monday.

*The Manitoba government has announced reopening plans, which also start Monday.

*1 new coronavirus case in Manitoba Wednesday, totaling 273. 213 people have recovered, there are 54 active cases and 6 deaths.

*Canada reports 51,596 cases and 2,996 deaths as of Wednesday evening.

*The U.S reports over 1 million cases, and 61,500 deaths.

*Worldwide, there were 3.2 million  cases, and more than 228 thousand deaths.
