A Virden man, who pled guilty to Manslaughter and Uttering Threats, in connection with a fatal incident in that community in January of last year, has a new sentencing date.
23-year-old Bradley Kenneth Tomms, who also pled guilty to a separate charge of Assaulting a Peace Officer, will be back in Virden Provincial Court on June 12th.
Tomms was charged following an incident on January 15, 2019, at a Virden residence, involving a 22-year-old Virden man and a 27-year-old man from the Canupawakpa First Nation, that left both men with serious injuries.
RCMP were notified the next day, that the 27-year-old man died of his injuries
