Bicycle Safety week is here, and Yorkton RCMP want to remind parents and children of a number of bicycle safety rules.

They’re especially important now that the warmer weather is coming.

Remember that vehicle drivers have blind spots, always ride with caution, and always wear a helmet.

In addition, ensure to look both ways before crossing street, obey all traffic lights and signs, and scan the road for obstacles.
