Golf courses across Saskatchewan, including Deer Park Golf Course in Yorkton, will be re-opening on Friday.
Director of Operations at Deer Park Al Sauser states that the grounds crew have been hard at work.
Protocols are put in place, such as one person to a cart, and not touching the flag and Sauser adds that some original restrictions have been lifted by the province.
“They’ve gone from 20 minutes between tee times to 12 minutes between tee times, so it’s going to be much easier for people to get on the golf course, and they lifted up the restrictions that were in for no driving range and practice areas, and we can have that open.” he explained.
All tee times must be booked in advance, by phone.
