The Manitoba Government has expanded the number of provincial government officials that can enforce COVID-19-related public health orders, as the province begins to restart its economy and loosen restrictions.

 Premier Brian Pallister noted there is also going to be an update to “Operation Safe Apart,” which enlists volunteers to assist in raising awareness of public health orders, and refers matters for more formal enforcement as needed.
