Good Spirit Lake is the site of a grass fire.
An RCMP officer with the Canora detachment confirmed the fire, describing it as a “pretty decent size” and fire crews are out trying to control the fire.
The officer added there were fire tankers on the edge of highway 229 dousing the flames, and traffic on that highway was being directed by another fire truck.
