Manitoba Announces Details For Phase Two Of Their Re-open Plan

Phase Two of Manitoba’s “Restoring Safe Services Plan” will come into effect on Monday, June 1st.
Premier Brian Pallister says this will include expanding capacity at child care centres, allowing limited access to educational facilities, and reopening or resuming services in a number of other areas.
Other services to reopen include community centres, team sports, fitness facilities such as swimming pools and gyms, recreational activities, like theatre and dance, and personal services, such as manicurists, as well as expanding outdoor religious services, and reopening indoor services at restaurants.

The province is also providing guidance to post-secondary institutions, vocational colleges, and senior’s centres, so they can reopen on a limited basis.

More information on Phase Two is available online, at www.manitoba.ca/restoringsafeservices.
