One of three people arrested in connection with an armed robbery at a home outside Yorkton, has appeared in court again.

The Preliminary Inquiry for 23-year-old Cody Whitecap-Logan wrapped up in Yorkton today (Wed), where he was committed to stand trial in Court of Queen’s Bench at a later date.

In the meantime, he’s scheduled to return to Provincial Court on June 4th for a bail hearing.

Around 5 a.m. on December 28th, RCMP were called to the scene of a break and enter involving firearms, with several items and a vehicle taken.
