The Manitoba government has launched a new online tool – www.studentjobs.mb.ca – to help match students looking for summer jobs, with government agencies, non-profits, and private sector employers, at the click of a button.
Premier Brian Pallister says it will benefit students by helping them find work, to gain money and experience, while assisting employers to find workers, as the province’s economy looks to rebound from COVID-19.
The online tool will be the main source used by the province, to connect students to government jobs, through the Student Temporary Employment Program, Conservation Green Team, and Urban/Hometown Grren Team partners.
