Bail has been granted to one of three suspects, arrested following an armed robbery near Yorkton.
Around 5 a.m. on December 28th, RCMP were called to the scene of a break and enter involving firearms, with several items and a vehicle stolen.
23-year-old Cody Whitecap-Logan was released on conditions following a bail hearing in Yorkton today (Thu).
In the meantime, he’s been committed to stand trial in Court of Queen’s Bench at a later date.
