Fines, Probation, Driving Ban Handed Down to Yorkton Man in Connection to Two Vehicle Collision

Guilty pleas have been entered by a Yorkton man, facing multiple charges in connection with a two vehicle collision in the city.
In Yorkton this (Tue) morning, 24-year-old Brody Shevela admitted to driving while over .08 causing bodily harm and unsafe storage of a firearm.
He received over 27-hundred dollars in fines, 9 months of probation, and a one-year driving ban.
On November 12th, emergency personnel were called to the intersection of Highway 9 and Broadway Street East for a vehicle fire, and one woman suffered whiplash.
