Today’s the day part 1 of phase 4 of the Reopen Saskatchewan Plan takes effect. It sees the reopening of youth and child day camps, outdoor pools, splash pads and outdoor activities, while the limit on gathering increases to 30 people. Team sports will also resume play, but teams will not be allowed to participate in tournaments or travel interprovincially. The second half of Phase four will include indoor pools, rinks, libraries, museums, galleries, movie theatres and casinos. A date for this part of the phase will be announced at a later date.
