Court Appearance Made by Yorkton Man Facing Drug and Weapon Charges from Weekend Traffic Stop

A new court date has been set for a Yorkton man, arrested last weekend on drug and weapon charges.
On Saturday, Mounties conducted a traffic stop and searched a home, where they seized a pellet gun and ammunition, a knife, illicit drugs, and about 2-thousand dollars cash.
In Yorkton Provincial Court today (Thu), 25-year-old Justin Kucharyshen was remanded in custody to July 9th.
On Monday, his two co-accused, 27-year-old Aray Fullerton and 21-year-old Rayden Ross, each received a 3-month conditional sentence for their roles in the incident.
