Charges have been issued after a disturbance in the Municipality of Harrison Park.

Last night (Tue), Wasagaming RCMP responded to a report of a male threatening to shoot a female at a residence west of Onanole.

The Emergency Response Team was deployed to the scene along with a Tactical Armoured Vehicle, and at approximately 3:30 this morning (Wed), the male surrendered himself to police.

He was observed to have suffered a serious self-inflicted injury and was taken to hospital.

The 60-year-old male is face several charges including Uttering Threats and Pointing a Firearm.
