Yorkton Man Facing Drug and Weapon Charges Released on Numerous Conditions for Next Court Appearance

A Yorkton man, arrested last month on drug and weapon charges, has been released from custody.
On June 20th, Mounties conducted a traffic stop and searched a home, where they seized a pellet gun and ammunition, a knife, illicit drugs, and about two-thousand dollars cash.
In Yorkton Provincial Court today (THURS), 25-year-old Justin Kucharyshen was released on a surety, and numerous conditions, and his matters were adjourned to August 17th.
His two co-accused, 27-year-old Aray Fullerton and 21-year-old Rayden Ross, already received three-month conditional sentences for their roles in the incident.
