A man who was living in the Punnichy-district is wanted by police.
28-year-old Josiah Pambrun is the subject of arrest warrants by Punnichy RCMP for charges of mischief and fail to comply, and was charged with Manslaughter by Regina police in connection with the death of 49-year-old Rodney Troy Ruberry on January 24 of this year.
Police believe Pambrun cut off his electronic monitoring bracelet.
Pambrun is described as Indigenous, about 6-foot 3, 240 pounds, medium build, with short black hair, brown eyes and a pockmarked complexion.
He has tattoos on both forearms and upper arms, including the name “Isabella” on his left forearm and praying hands, a rosary and the name “Chantel” on his left upper arm.
