A Regina woman charged with firearm-related offences, following a traffic stop in Regina on July 27th, was back in court yesterday (THURS).

During a routine license plate check, Queen City cops found one belonging to an unregistered vehicle, and pulled the vehicle over.

A search turned up a firearm, gun parts, ammunition and pipes.

Both also had warrants for breach of conditions.

33-year-old Krista Cyr remains in custody, to appear again in Regina on Tuesday (11th).

Her co-accused, 27-year-old Emile Sangwais is also in custody, and will make his next appearance on August 18th.
