A New Court Date For Regina Woman Facing Firearm-Related Offences

A Regina woman charged with firearm-related offences, following a traffic stop in Regina on July 27th, was back in court yesterday.

During a routine license plate check, Queen City cops found one belonging to an unregistered vehicle, and pulled their vehicle over.

A search turned up a firearm, gun parts, ammunition and pipes.

Both also had warrants for breach of conditions.

33-year-old Krista Cyr was released on conditions, to appear again in Regina on November 3rd.

Her co-accused, 27-year-old Emile Sangwais remains in custody, and will appear again next Tuesday.
