A Grenfell woman charged in connection to a drug trafficking case in Regina, was back in court on Monday.

18-year-old Taryn George faces charges including Possession of Crystal Meth and Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking, and she remains in custody, to appear again on Friday.

On May 11th, Regina Police officers saw a white GMC truck, with three occupants, speeding, and eventually found the vehicle abandoned in an alley.

Three women were arrested and a subsequent search of one of the suspects revealed baggies containing a substance believed to be illegal drugs, along with cash and other items associated with drug trafficking inside the abandoned vehicle.
