Farmland Values On The Rise In Sask.

Farmland values continue to rise, even during a pandemic. Farm Credit Canada reports average farmland values in Saskatchewan were 4.2 percent higher during the January to July period, and are only behind the 4.9 percent in Alberta. Low interest rates, strong grain and oilseed exports, as well as a limited supply of farmland on the market are also helping to support values.
