Kamsack Man Facing Property and Weapon Offences has a New Court Date in Indian Head

A Kamsack man charged with numerous property and weapon offences out of Indian Head, has made another court appearance.

RCMP say two people were being investigated for property crime offences, that occurred in a rural area near the community on August 17th, and recovered a modified .22-calibre rifle classified as a prohibited firearm.

On August 20th, the Crown withdrew the charges against 26-year-old Jenna Miller.

27-year-old Dustin Bowers was back in court yesterday (TUES), with his matters adjourned to October 6th, in Indian Head.
