The Yorkton RCMP provided an update on what they were investigating on Highway 16, 8 kilometres west of Springside last Wednesday (Sept. 16).

It was a body of an adult male found near the highway, which was later determined through an autopsy as the body of 40-year-old Darwin Keith Whitehawk.

However, the circumstances surrounding his death continues to be investigated.

Mounties put out a request to locate Whitehawk back on August 4th.
