An update in the case of a Kamsack man charged with numerous property and weapon offences out of Indian Head.
RCMP say two people were being investigated for property crime offences, that occurred in a rural area near the community on August 17th, and recovered a modified .22-calibre rifle classified as a prohibited firearm.
On August 20th, the Crown withdrew the charges against 26-year-old Jenna Miller.
27-year-old Dustin Bowers was to have appeared in Indian Head Provincial Court yesterday (TUES), but he failed to show up, and a bench warrant was issued.
