A missing persons report turned tragic, after remains found in Roseau River were identified.
On August 7th, 56-year-old Bud Paul of Winnipeg was reported missing, after last being seen on August 1st with two individuals at the Neepawa Liquor Store.
His car was then found burned in Winnipeg on August 10th, and his body was discovered in Roseau River the next day.
Investigators are now asking for the public’s assistance in determining Paul’s whereabouts between August 1st-10th, or any other information related to this case.
