Sentencing has been adjourned again, in the case of a Virden man, who admitted to Manslaughter and Uttering Threats, in connection with a death in that town.
At his appearance on Friday in Brandon, 23-year-old Bradley Tomms was remanded in custody to January 18th.
The charges stem from an altercation on January 15th, 2019, at a home in Virden, involving a 22-year-old Virden man and a 27-year-old man from the Canupawakpa First Nation, that sent both men to hospital, with serious injuries.
RCMP were notified the next day, that the 27-year-old man died of his injuries.
