The Associated Press says Joe Biden will be the next president of the United States. Even as ballots continue being counted, the Democratic contender had won 284 electoral college votes, while Republican incumbent Donald Trump had 214. All that’s needed to win the White House is 270. Trump has hinted he will not concede, and will take the results to the courts, and will likely call for recounts. CNN is also reporting a Biden win, but with 273 electoral college votes to Trump’s 213.
