Winnipegosis RCMP Make Arrests for Weekend Armed Robbery

Three arrests were made after an armed robbery in Pine River, over the weekend.

On Saturday, two males entered a business wearing masks and armed with a rifle, demanding cash, cigarettes and liquor, before fleeing on an A-T-V.

RCMP spotted the suspects near Camperville, where they fled into a nearby field, before being eventually arrested.

33-year-old James Flatfoot of Dauphin and a 16-year-old boy from the Pine Creek First Nation are facing several charges, including armed robbery, while a 20-year-old man from the Pine Creek First Nation is charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
