CP Rail has achieved a record grain movement of over 31 million tons in calendar year 2020. Meantime, the Canadian Transportation Agency has ruled CN and CP Rail’s grain revenue last crop year exceeded the maximum entitlement. As a result, CP must pay $2.27 million and CN $3.3 million to the Western Grains Research Foundation.
