A structure fire at a home in the hamlet of Renwer, Manitoba, 15 kilometres east of Minitonas, turned fatal.

Swan River RCMP received the report at 12:40 a.m. yesterday (Sun).

Once the fire was quenched, firefighters went into the structure and located human remains. No other injuries were reported.

While RCMP continue to investigate, they believe the fire was accidental.
