Manitoba COVID-19 Enforcement Stats For Jan. 4-10

48 tickets and 249 warnings, related to COVID-19 bylaw enforcement were issued in Manitoba between January 4th and the 10th.

Six businesses each received $5,000 tickets, while 33 tickets, with a fine of $1,296 apiece, were given to individuals for various offences, and another eight people receives $298 fines, after being caught maskless in indoor public places.

The province notes that 22 of the $1,296 tickets were handed out in relation to gatherings in private residences, that were reported to the COVID Tip Line.
