Melville Millionaires’ forward Jaydon Dureau will be getting his first taste of pro hockey coming up very soon.

The 19 year old White City product who was selected in the 5th round of the 2020 NHL draft by the Tampa Bay Lightning, will be joining their American Hockey League affiliate the Syracuse Crunch.

Dureau played in 6 SJHL regular season games with the Mils during the 2020/21 season scoring 7 times while adding 4 assists for 11 points.

Early next month is when the American Hockey League is slated to kick off their 2021 regular season.
