Man Charged in Fatal Two-Vehicle Collision North of Dauphin Appeared in Court

A man charged in connection with a fatal two vehicle crash just north of Dauphin, has appeared in court again.

In August of 2019, Dauphin RCMP responded to a two vehicle collision at the intersection of two roads.

Two girls, ages four and six, later died of their injuries, while two women in the truck with them, suffered serious injuries, as did the man in the other truck.

25-year-old Jack Winters, of the R.M. of Dauphin, faces numerous charges, including two counts each of Impaired Driving Causing Death and Dangerous Driving Causing Death, and he will be back in Dauphin Court on February 9th.
