With less than a week to go until Municipalities of Saskatchewan decide on its president, current President Gordon Barnhart remains in Hawaii, where he is conducting business remotely, even though such travel has been advised against. Roger Hayward, Vice President of Towns is Barnhart’s only opponent at this time, with the election Monday. The convention, being held virtually this year due to the pandemic, starts Sunday.
