The Water Security Agency of Saskatchewan is predicting a fairly dry 2021 for the province. Early indictors point to most of the southern and central regions of the province seeing below to well below normal spring runoff, including Yorkton and area. WSA spokesperson Patrick Boyle notes that 2021 could be a fairly dry year.
