Man Facing Second Degree Murder Charge in Gilbert Plains Homicide Case Was Back in Court

A man charged with Second Degree Murder in connection with a death in Gilbert Plains, has appeared in court again.

40-year-old David Genaille was in Dauphin yesterday (Mon), where he was remanded in custody to March 22nd.

The investigation began In May of 2019, when Mounties were called to a home in Gilbert Plains on a report of a stabbing.

They found a wounded 36-year-old man, who succumbed to his injuries on scene.
