SaskEnergy is warning about a potential scam.

The provincial gas company has had reports of people claiming to be with them or the federal government contacting customers about rebates on things like furnace replacement or the carbon tax.

SaskEnergy rebates are not offered through phone solicitation or door-to-door sales, adding rebates are offered through participating SaskEnergy Network Members only.
