A first court appearance was made by a Regina man facing a Second Degree Murder charge in connection to the Queen City’s 4th homicide of 2021. 25-year-old Anthony Seon was remanded in custody for his next Thursday in Regina. Police were called to a home Sunday,and found 45 year old Lawrence Robert Godfrey of Vibank dead at the scene.
