A Day Of Observance

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau spoke in the House of Commons on a national day of observance for COVID-19, a year to the day since the global pandemic was declared. Trudeau says COVID-19 rapidly became one of the most used words in our country, and around the world. The government has asked Canadians to think about those whose lives were claimed by the novel coronavirus, as well as the health-care and other essential workers who have been on the front lines.
