CUPE Warns Of Possible Lab Cuts At Yorkton Hospital

CUPE claims the Saskatchewan government is planning on cutting services at the microbiology lab at the Yorkton hospital. In a release, the union says the move would mean testing samples from Yorkton along with Kamsack, Canora and Esterhazy would need to be sent to labs in Regina, doubling the wait times for results. The government has not yet responded.
