The replacement of the swimming pool in Melville remains on track to be completed by the end of June.
In his report to Melville City Council, Director of Community Services Chris Bruce says the lone challenge is market volatility when it comes to acquiring supplies.
In response, Bruce says the building and pool contractors have been ordering everything as early as possible, adding major components like the water slide, pool liners and mechanical systems are being shipped.
This project will replace the old pool that was built in 1967.
