A 36 year old Ethelbert man faces charges including Impaired Driving and Driving while over the legal limit, after a driving incident last Friday.

Dauphin R-C-M-P received complaints of an possible impaired driver on Highway 5, west of Dauphin.

Mounties then located the vehicle driving west-bound on Highway 5 driving erratically, and were able to pull over the vehicle where the driver was found to be 3 times the legal limit.

The man was released from custody, pending his next court date.
