One of four people charged in connection with a violent incident on the Cote First Nation over the weekend was back in court yesterday.
Kamsack RCMP say shortly before 1 a.m. on Sunday, they were called to a home on the reserve, to a report of a violent break, enter and assault, and upon arrival, they found a man who was taken to hospital, with serious injuries.
18-year-old Sidney Rogers remains in custody, for a bail hearing today in Yorkton.
18-year-old Jamie Quewezance will appear in Kamsack Court today, and 19-year-old Phoenix Shingoose will appear in Kamsack next Tuesday.
A 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named, due to his age, appeared in Kamsack yesterday, and will return to court on May 18th.
