An Ebb and Flow First Nation man is in custody, following a firearm incident on the reserve.

At about 3:15 Saturday afternoon, Ste. Rose RCMP received a report of a male walking around Ebb and Flow with a firearm.

When police spotted the suspect, he walked into a bush area, and the RCMP’s emergency response team had to be called in.

23-year-old Jacob Levasseur was later apprehended, and he faces multiple charges.
